Real estate appraisal, land register as well as loan management and extraordinary installments are free again. You will pay USD 2900 for processing the mortgage.
- Trade mortgage. For a commercial mortgage with this bank you can buy the property we live in and do business here, or a property designed exclusively for business. The application for this mortgage must be accompanied by statements of accounts for the last two tax years (serves as evidence of income / expenditure).

- Mortgage. It offers free mortgage, loan account management, as well as booking your own funds. You can also repay it early without sanctions (except for refinancing). Fixation for 1 to 5 years, up to a value of up to 85% of the property price. In addition to classic purposes, it can also be used to finance the settlement of spouses’ co-ownership in divorce or membership in a housing cooperative.

It is a non-purpose loan with a fixed interest rate of 4.9% pa The applicant pays a fee of 4% of the principal for drawing up the contract. As the name suggests, the loan must be guaranteed by pledging residential property, in private ownership + insured by natural insurance.
